General Terms
❥ I can refuse to draw any characters I feel would be beyond my creative reach
❥ I do not take commissions without clear reference
❥ The time it takes to finish a commission varies from 1-2 weeks, and can be longer depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece
❥ These terms can and will change at any time without notice.
❥ I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason (I also have the right not to tell you such reason).
❥ WIPs will be sent only if requested.
❥ The signature(s) (these may be watermarks) will remain on the drawing at all times.
❥ If you make any changes after the piece and payment has been finalized I have the permission to refuse it.

Payment
❥ I take payment via Paypal or Cashapp only. I will send you an invoice, please don't pay any other way!
❥ Tips can be done through my ko-fi if desired.
❥ I take half payment upfront and the other half after the process is finished. or 100% upfront depending on the piece

Copyright & Usage
❥ I, (The artist) reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online unless agreed otherwise
❥ I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork
❥ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
❥ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason
❥ You, (the customer) are NOT allowed to use my art for any AI related work
❥ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, crediting me
❥ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own
❥ For commercial purposes, please state your preference beforehand so we could negotiate the terms and conditions accordingly
